Fully Inclusive Dance Company

No Limits Norfolk are a fully inclusive dance company that facilitates for Adults and Children with complex needs.

Led by founder Lauren Rackham, No Limits are qualified with ParaDanceUK and have years of experience in Complex Needs Education.

They provide opportunities for creativity, dance routines and performance. All classes are accommodated to each individual, with full wheelchair and mobility aid access.

Their classes and workshops are filled with new routines, sensory integration, drama, games and performance.

Lord Mayor’s Weekend celebration 2023

No Limits were proud to be awarded Runner Up in collaboration with Sprowston Infant School, at the Lord Mayor’s Procession in Norwich at the weekend celebration from 7 – 9 July.

The theme was “Sights of the City”, with the annual carnival featuring an array of talent including acrobats, dancers, music and spectacular displays.

Norfolk Deaf Festival

No Limits also participated in the Norfolk Deaf Festival on Saturday (July 8).

They posted:

“Thank you to all that came to support our BSL signing choir today at the Norfolk Deaf Festival. What a pleasure to be a part of something so special! We had an amazing time. All the team are so proud of all our members! ✨”
