Lady Kay Fisher DL recently attended the book launch of ‘Hope – Portraits of my Journey Through Breast Cancer and Covid’ by Chris Goddard. Whilst undergoing treatment for breast cancer and covid, she painted the portraits of 101 NHS and key workers ‘as a little morale boost at a very difficult time’, and to recognise and thank local NHS and key workers for their work during the last three years. All proceeds from the sale of the book are going to St Nicholas Hospice Care.
