Great Yarmouth’s annual Blessing of the Crosses ceremony took place on Wednesday, November 8, at the Cenotaph in St George’s Park. The ceremony, attended by a Deputy Lieutenant and led by Rev Canon Simon Ward, invites people to place their crosses, with the names of servicemen and women who lost their lives during the war written on them, in the memorial area.
